I just wanted to take a moment to share with you how impressed we are with Marinel and with the work that she is doing for our team. Marinel continuously shows up in excellence and has become a vital member of our VA team.

Rina has learned a lot of her job and continues to get better and better at perfecting the skills. I am very pleased! She takes a lot of pressure off me and the tasks she performs are vital, time-sensitive, and necessary for the company’s viability. Also, the tasks that Rina performs require a very high level of attention to detail as well as critical thinking skills. Her knowledge of the US language is so helpful as well.

I don’t say it enough, but I want to give you appreciation for always being on top of things and being so helpful and responsive. Thank you.

The first week went great! Jehan and Sharifa are both doing wonderfully and are making a positive impact. I appreciate the input that they have brought and their ability to work so well together. They have done very well on all tasks that have been given to them and they have risen to every obstacle that has been in their way.

Our Philippines team has been phenomenal! Each of our team members comes into work with a great work ethic and eager to learn new things. This has helped our operations greatly and we are excited for the continued use of this team.

She is a pleasure to work with. So very impressed with her work ethic. She is fun and silly. I think she fits in just great here with this crazy crew. She was already trained on most of our systems so her moving into Customer Success was easy for us to get her up to speed with our daily routine. Quick learner and has good questions if she doesn’t know what to do. Great addition to the team.

Adding this offshore team was something I was skeptical about at first but after getting to know the girls and working with them, I am very pleased. They all have a very strong work ethic and are willing/ready to learn! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and a perfect addition to the team.

I had always had a negative view of outsourcing to other countries which stem from my numerous calls to certain service companies. It’s been such an eye-opening experience to work with my Filipino coworkers. I have been so pleasantly surprised with the connections and relationships we have made. We are all just Humans who live, breathe, eat, and love. I am very happy to be working alongside them and I can’t wait to visit them!!

Working with our new co-worker from abroad has been a pleasure! Getting to know her and learning about her country and culture is awesome. She is a part of our team now, fitting in rather seamlessly. She is diligent, honest, kind and an asset to our team. She brings knowledge and also a willingness to learn that has been hard to find locally.

At first, I was hesitant about the idea of a Virtual Assistant. But, Tiffany and Christine have made the entire process of finding our new teammates a pleasurable one. They are both truly great at what they do. It’s been hard to find local candidates that have the same mindset and drive as our Filipino team. We’re excited for them to grow with us!
