We source directly for what you need. Our recruitment team uses the information supplied during our Discovery Call as well as specifics from our Questionnaire to determine what skills and experience they need to begin pulling in applicants. We can receive up to 1600 applications for just one position, and we narrow down the candidates through a vigorous vetting process.

All applicants are required to complete and pass an initial assessment, testing essential skills all VAs need. Following the assessment, the applicants will be put through multiple interview stages to finally be entered into a boot camp that is designed specifically to determine their commitment and competence. Over the course of the boot camp the candidates will be tried and tested; receiving coaching and evaluations from our training team. This is all to ensure they can work efficiently and timely, demonstrate their experience and engagement, and establish their working patterns. Applicants must receive a score of 80% or higher to be considered a candidate.

We carefully select a small group of candidates from our pool with the applicable skill set and test results to attend the interviews. You and your team will interview each candidate 1-on-1, with our team in the background to support you with feedback or additional and relevant questions. You get to choose who you would like to work with and they will be able to begin working with you within a few days.

We schedule a handoff meeting prior to your start date where we will go over training, expectations, and procedures, and answer any questions you may have. We also will confirm your start date and schedule, assign your VA a Team Lead, and set goals for the next 90 days.
