Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered
What is a virtual assistant?
Are your VAs trying to replace U.S. workers?
Our VAs are meant to work collaboratively with workers within the U.S. to make their lives easier. Too many workers are “tied” to a computer, rather than: delivering quality customer service, never completing additional work, leaving tasks undone before they leave for the day. This applies to workers who work out of a physical location or are working remotely. We want to eliminate the phrase “there aren’t enough hours in the work day”.
The Philippines are on the other side of the world, when will my VA work?
Your VA works your hours, your time zone and when you want them to. Our VAs work the schedule you need, whether that is 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday, or weekend nights. We only ask that your VA has two consecutive days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Do you offer any temporary positions for project work?
An integral part of our mission is to provide long-lasting careers for our VAs; we are only able to do so by offering long-term positions.
Do I have to train my virtual assistant?
How do I get ahold of my VA?
Your VA can communicate with you in whatever way is easiest. We have multiple instant messaging platforms we can recommend, and encourage our clients to communicate via email, and set-up recurring video chats.
Can my VA make phone calls in the U.S.?
Absolutely! There are numerous VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services that we can recommend, most letting you select the phone number you want your VA to be calling from. You can even use these services for sending messages.
Will I be able to understand my VA?
All of our VAs speak fluent English and are excellent communicators. If you have more questions regarding how our VAs communicate, make sure to bring it up during your Discovery Call.
